New York 30 Day Notice to Terminate | Month to Month Tenancy

The New York one (1) month notice to terminate is served on tenants who do not fix their lease violation(s) or move out following a ten (10) day notice to cure. In the document, the landlord will name the tenant(s) being served and provide the date by which they must vacate the rental unit. If the tenant does not comply with this notice, the landlord will file an eviction lawsuit against them in order to obtain a Warrant for Eviction.
