An Alabama seven (7) day notice to quit for making a false or misleading claim on a rental application requires the tenant to move-out by the end of the seven (7) day period. The landlord will issue this notice and recommended to send by certified mail with a return receipt so the landlord has proof of service. If the tenant does not move out of the property by the end of the notice period the landlord will have to file an eviction lawsuit to remove.
