The Oklahoma five (5) day notice to quit is served by a landlord on a tenant who has failed to pay the rent. The notice informs the tenant how much rent they owe and that they have five (5) days to pay the amount in full or vacate the premises. If the tenant does not pay the rent or move out within the five (5) day period, the landlord can terminate the lease agreement and file an eviction action against them in court.
