Wisconsin 14 Day Notice to Quit | 2nd Violation & Incurable

The Wisconsin fourteen (14) day notice to quit is only used in situations where a landlord has delivered an eviction notice within the past twelve (12) months to their tenant on grounds of nonpayment of rent or a lease violation. This eviction notice states the reoccurring violation and allows the tenant fourteen (14) days to vacate the premises with no option to cure the violation. Should the tenant fail to comply with the eviction notice, the landlord can take the action to court.
