California 60 Day Notice to Quit | Month to Month Tenancy Over 1 Year

The California sixty (60) day notice to quit is used by a landlord to notify a tenant of over one (1) year that their month-to-month tenancy has been terminated. A landlord does not need to provide a specific reason for termination, however, a tenant is protected under California law from retaliatory or discriminatory eviction.
