Tennessee IMMEDIATE Notice to Vacate | Prostitution or Drug Related Activity

The Tennessee immediate notice to vacate is an eviction notice used solely for evicting a tenant who has broken the law, specifically illegal activity relating to prostitution, or the solicitation thereof, or the use or distribution of illegal substances. This eviction notice does not allow the tenant the possibility of remedying the situation in any way and requires them to vacate the premises immediately after receiving the notice from the landlord, providing the landlord has obtained a detainer warrant.
