The Washington three (3) day notice to vacate is an eviction notice form that can be used when a tenant has committed acts that directly endanger the health/well-being of the residents of the property. Furthermore, if the tenant has engaged in certain criminal activities (such as drug manufacturing/trafficking, prostitution, violent crimes, etc.) on the premises of the rental property, they can be served this notice. Following the service of the eviction notice, the tenant will have no more than three (3) days to fully vacate the rental unit. If they do not move out within the three day period, the landlord can file an eviction lawsuit against them.
