Alaska 10 Day Notice | Failure to Allow Landlord Access

An Alaska ten (10) day notice to quit for failure to allow landlord access is sent after a landlord has given 24-hour notice (§ 34.03.140) and was denied by the tenant. This notice is sent to inform the tenant that if the landlord is not able to get inside the property, within ten (10) days, that the lease will be terminated. It is best to send this notice via certified letter with a return receipt to have proof of service.
